MELUVERA uses an evidence-first editorial workflow. AI may assist research, drafting, transformation, or analysis, but publication decisions are governed by evidence, independent verification, compliance checks, and audit records.
Evidence standards
- Primary and authoritative sources are preferred when available.
- Material factual claims should be traceable to recorded evidence.
- Source date, jurisdiction, scope, and version are considered when relevant.
- Higher-risk claims require stronger and more independent verification.
Independent review
Content creators do not approve their own work. Depending on risk, review may include fact-checking, logic and consistency review, citation audit, headline integrity review, red-team challenge, and legal, rights, privacy, advertising, or platform-policy review.
HOLD policy
If material evidence is missing, stale, conflicting, or unresolved, or if rights or compliance requirements are unclear, publication is placed on HOLD rather than forcing a conclusion.
Corrections and updates
Material factual, numeric, legal, attribution, or rights errors are corrected when verified. Significant corrections may be disclosed on the affected content. Minor spelling, formatting, or style fixes may be made without a separate correction notice when they do not change meaning.
Conflicts, sponsorships, and commercial influence
Editorial conclusions must not be changed to satisfy an advertiser, sponsor, affiliate relationship, or commercial partner. Sponsored, affiliate, or paid relationships will be disclosed when they exist. MELUVERA currently has no owner-controlled advertising, paid sponsorship, or affiliate program. Because the pilot site uses free WordPress.com hosting, WordPress.com or its advertising partners may display platform-selected ads; those ads are separate from MELUVERA’s editorial decisions and currently generate no advertising revenue for MELUVERA.
Post-publication monitoring
Published content may be revalidated when evidence, policy, rights, products, laws, or other material conditions change.
